After beginning his career in the United States Army as a communication specialist, Anthony graduated college with a Master of Science degree emphasizing Social Sciences and Administration.
For six years Anthony worked with the State of Illinois General Assembly and then transitioned into an employment law adjudicator role. He then moved on to corporate human resources management for several years.
Anthony commenced his recruiting career as a project coordinator generating candidates for existing accounts and rose extremely quickly through the MRI system with progressive responsibility. Five years prior to opening his own firm he created a healthcare practice which consistently grossed over a million dollars of business annually for one of Management Recruiters International’s oldest and most successful franchises.
To date, Bileddo Associates as a company has achieved the coveted Management Recruiters International Presidents Club designation (Top 25% of offices in the Network) in 2014 and 2015, an amazing achievement for an office of this size and tenure.
